Most healthcare datasets are take-it-or-leave-it: you get the cohort someone else already assembled. The provider works the other way round. We operate a consent-based collection network in Korea, so we can go and get the specific patients, hospitals and document types your study or model actually needs. WHAT YOU CAN SPECIFY - Disease and cohort: target patients by condition, subtype, stage and severity, including oncology and rare or intractable disease - Hospital, department and region: focused collection from named tertiary or general hospitals, a specific department, or a geographic area - Record type: physician progress notes, laboratory results, imaging read reports, pathology, surgical records, discharge summaries, prescriptions - Imaging and beyond the chart: CT, MRI and pathology slides, plus self-reported data such as diet, exercise and body composition, wearable streams and routine health check-ups - Time window and volume: define the observation period and the number of patients HOW COLLECTION WORKS the provider runs a consumer health-AI app used by more than 110,000 patients in Korea, which is how we reach and recruit participants. A patient selects the hospital, verifies their identity and signs an electronic proxy authorization. We then obtain certified copies of their records, typically within three days, scan them, and run medical-domain OCR, PII masking and LLM structuring.
