Intraoral dental photographs, polygon-segmented, clinically annotated

A collection of 18,000 high-resolution intraoral photographs captured in clinical settings by a licensed dentist. each image is annotated with pixel-level polygon segmentation (rather than bounding boxes) across six clinical classes: tooth, gum, tartar, cavity, gingivitis, and crown/restoration. annotations are provided as overlapping binary masks with shape (6, h, w), along with coco-format json files. each patient may include up to six viewing angles (e.g., frontal, lateral, occlusal).
